Announcement
The 'must-have' classic clothing item can now be revealed as a new tie. Made for and supplied to us by the old established manufacturer Maddocks and Dick of Edinburgh; they supply many household names and also veteran and classic car clubs including the RREC.
The ties are fully lined, have diagonal stripes of alternating dark and forest green with separation gold lines. The Register logo is embroidered in gold with the laurel leaves light green. From a small supply of 47 in mid-February we have already sold 12 of these high quality items. They will be available at the shows listed below. Postage and packing, where necessary, at £1.25.
Prices
Small increases (between 2.5% and 4%) have had to be added to some of the New Style Clothing in order to cover both price increases from the suppliers and Royal Mail postage increases. It is our aim to give a good service to members, not to make a profit from them. This means that we can keep prices at very reasonable levels. Nonetheless we must ensure that all overheads and costs are covered. Where postage and packing is an appropriate charge then this will have to reflect accurately the cost to us.
New Style Clothing
The new range continues to be popular with its generous sizing, good quality and "high standard" embroidery.
Only sufficient stock is held to display style, fit and colour at shows and for direct sale; otherwise the stock in hand is limited. So, if you are confident about your requirements then simply telephone - order your choice and send the item cost plus post and packing and I will send to you either direct or via our supplier.
